The best trait is the quick responses and sense of urgency to service the client. It is their USP and they are quick to attend to your request if your near their location. I got 2 laptops fixed and both were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. The door step delivery is very efficient as well. The behavior and mannerisms are polite and courteous at all times. The only piece of advise I would give this spirited team is to provide quotes prior to resolving the issue. This was done the 2nd time around as soon as feedback was given and that's another positive experience. All in all, fully recommend this team.

My asus laptop was not switching on. Nizam (owner of AJ laptop service) was able to analyse the problem well. The motherboard was short circuited. He replaced the motherboard and also suggested that I replace the harddisk with an SSD. After all the changes now my laptop works really fast, as if it was new. Thanks to Nizam. Great service at a reasonable price.
